I see it as a weight training apparatus added to your aerobics.
Let’s say for arguments sake. Each side on the jump rope
weighs five or ten pounds and this adds to your arm and leg
muscles with less cardio and timing that’s needed with more so
a speed rope when skipping doubles. It could be used for
toning mass.
